We support our parents wherever possible. We subsidize your child's daycare place with up to 200€. We also offer you a maximum of 10 sick days per year and some of our locations offer a Family Bay if childcare is not available.

In addition to the tried-and-tested formats, the Academy is part of the learning culture at Novatec and is tailored to suit the needs in terms of methodology and content, as well as being proactive and fun for personal development.
